We operate the Property Sourcing Group website and related online services so that we can:
- advertise and share investment property opportunities;
- match investors with relevant listings;
- provide instant valuation tools and related property insights;
- support agent, affiliate and Business Development Manager referral programmes; and
- handle enquiries, registrations and customer communications.

- Property data: images, videos, asking prices, addresses, floorplans, locations and descriptions. Property data alone is generally not personal data unless combined with information that identifies an individual.

- agents and other Members when they list properties or manage investor interest;

We rely on a mixture of performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations to process your personal data in order to:
- operate the Platform and provide our services to you;
- advertise and display property opportunities;
- match listings to investor interest profiles and notify you of relevant opportunities;
- respond to enquiries, valuation requests and complaints;

Why: to create and manage accounts, respond to enquiries, match properties, provide valuations, and deliver requested services.

Retention: for the life of your account and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with queries, disputes and legal obligations.
